Why burn karma?

Every event in our life, our preferences and reactions, every person we meet, work or fall in love with, the country we live in, our health, income – everything is conditioned, and in some way determined by what was called karma by ancient sages. Our personal karma, in simple terms, is a blend of intentions, thoughts, and actions we’ve ever had or done. It’s an integral part of our personalities that determines the nature and quality of our lives.

If we lack self-discipline (especially mastery of the mind) we often think, want and do things that eventually lead to unwanted results – unwanted karma, let’s say someone steps on your toe and you get angry, this angriness will be stored in a latent form within your subtle body until it one day manifests as a conflict with someone, an illness or an injury. There are hundreds of such small things happening every day. We might not even notice them, but they accumulate and eventually determine how our life looks and feels.

Ancient yogis developed different methods of burning personal karma which can significantly improve the quality of our lives. What’s more, when mastering the mind, we become more aware of the mind’s patterns, habitual actions and reactions that cause the accumulation of karma and can gradually learn how not to produce new karma at all.

Meet your instructor

Hi, my name is Alex. I’m the founder and director of Higher Yoga Academy, and I’m hosting this workshop-challenge. I’ve been exploring spirituality since teenage. One of the questions that mostly bothered me was “what determines life of an individual?” This is how I came across “karma” -one of the core concepts in Yoga philosophy. Through 20 years of study and practice I came to a number of realizations that have changed my life completely, and I would like to share this knowledge with you!  Thousands of people have benefited from my courses, coaching and healing sessions. Witnessing it I was inspired to offer this online life-changing challenge. Join in and start taking steps to unconditioned wisdom-being!
