MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi, my name is Alex.  I’ve been mastering love and mindfully exploring relationships most of my adult life. Raising three children and being in loving relationships for 15 years I had a chance to look deeper into what love is and how to love. During this 14-day workshop-challenge we will be meeting every second day to explore love together. I’ll be sharing my experience, guiding, inspiring and supporting you. After each live class you will have one day for self-practice. What’s more, I’m a Yoga philosophy and meditation teacher with 20+ years of actual practicing experience. I learned that Yoga is realized through love, and I would like to share with you how it works. Join in and enter the space of Love!
