Higher Yoga: Void Intensive

Join One Yoga and Higher Yoga Academy on a four-day, practice-based exploration of Void as taught by the ancient wisdom traditions of India, China and Tibet.
Your roadmap will be the Heart Sutra, known in India as the Prajnaparamita Hridaya Sutra, and venerated as a “core” teaching in Indian Tantra, Tibetan Vajrayana, and Zen Buddhism.
Classes meet twice per day for 2 hours of theory and practice during which you will refine, deepen and embody the techniques learned during the Higher Yoga: Liberation Intensive. You will also learn a series of rarely-taught, esoteric breathwork, mental focus and meditation techniques specifically designed for achieving and maintaining Sunyata, or Void.
At the end of the workshop, you will be able to easily add these techniques to your daily asana practice or teaching. Registered Yoga Alliance teachers will receive 20 Continuing Education Contact Hour Credits.
